Delivery & Returns
1) Order Returns
1.1 We only allow returns under the following circumstances:
1.1.1 where the product delivered was incorrect and you notified us within three days of delivery;
1.1.2 in the unlikely event the product was damaged and you notified us within 24 hours of delivery; and
1.1.3 where we are notified of the above at our email address: email@example.com
1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, we are unable to accept returns where you have simply changed your mind.
1.3 Products returned must be the same as those supplied, no substitutions are permitted. Products must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were supplied.
1.4 We will arrange for a replacement to be sent in the first instance. However, should that product be unavailable, we will arrange for a refund to be made to you.
2) Delivery Policy
2.1 We work with a third party delivery service who need time to collate the orders and dispatch them. Hence the times indicated
are supplied by the third party delivery service and cannot be adjusted.
2.2 Delivery time is between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
2.3 Delivery service is available to Singapore addresses only.
2.4 Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and someone is around to receive the delivery. In the event there is no one to receive the delivery, the items will be returned to our office or placed outside their doorstep. In the event the item was returned to our office, a re-delivery fee of S$8.00 will be imposed.
Standard Delivery Terms:
2.5 Standard delivery is made within 1-3 working days after the order is received and a delivery fee of S$5.00 will be levied.
2.6 Your order must be received by 4pm for it to be included in that day’s consolidation of orders. Any orders after 5pm will be considered as having been received the following day. Please see the following examples to illustrate this:
Example 1: you place your order on day T before 4pm. You will receive your order at the earliest on day T+1 (assuming day T+1 is not a Sunday or Public Holiday).
Example 2: you place your order on day T after 4pm. You will receive your order at the earliest on day T+2 (assuming day T+2 is not a Sunday or Public Holiday).
Example 3: you place your order on day T, which is a Saturday, before 4pm. You will receive your order at the earliest on day T+2 (i.e. the following Monday).
2.7 If we receive your order on a Sunday or Public Holiday, it will be processed on Monday or the following working day (respectively).
Same Day Delivery Terms:
2.8 Your order must be received by 12 noon in order to receive it the same day. A delivery fee of S$15.00 will be levied for same day deliveries.
