ST. LAURENT GIN VIEUX
Each month, a tiny portion of St. Laurent Gin is transferred to ex-bourbon casks and aged for more than a year.
The fresh citrus flavours now take on candied orange and lemon notes. Cinnamon aromas from the cassia bark are enhanced and integrate with spicy, vanilla notes from the oak casks.
The finish stays true to St. Laurent's signature marine saltiness and umami flavour that add character and complexity to this beautiful aged gin.
