Rye whisky made of 93% local Quebec rye and 7% German chocolate malted rye, finished in 30 year old Oloroso casks imported from Spain.


No color added and non-chill filtered.


NOSE

Notes of leather, toasted hazelnut and fig


Palate

Hints of cocoa, raisin, toffee and hazelnut. Nice long persistence with a warm finish ending on spice notes and caramel.
