Gin Cucumber & Chartreuse

St.Laurent - Cucumber_Chartreuse
  • 1.5 oz – St. Laurent Gin
  • 1/2 oz – Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz – Lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz – Chartreuse liqueur
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • Ice

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mash the cucumber slices with a pestle.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Gin Sour

St.Laurent - Gin Sour
  • 1.5 oz – St. Laurent Gin
  • 1/2 oz – Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz – Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz – Aperitif wine La Guita Manzanilla (optional)
  • 1 egg white or 1 dash of Miss Better’s Bitters Vegan Foamer
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice

  1. Shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with citrus zest.

Gin Vieux Old Fashioned

St.Laurent Vieux - Old Fashioned
  • 2 oz St. Laurent Gin Vieux
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 dash Arbor Forest Bitters

  1. Pour all the ingredients in an old fashioned glass.
  2. Add 2 ice cubes.
  3. Stir with a spoon.

Optional: Garnish with citrus zest
