Gin Sauvage Cocktails

Lady Outremont

Cirka Gin Sauvage - Lady Outremont
  • 1 1/2 oz Cirka Gin Sauvage
  • 3/4 oz thyme syrup
  • 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Syrup:

Combine 500g of sugar with 500ml of water in a pot over medium to low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved and add 5 thyme sprigs let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove sprigs. Let cool and filter through a strainer. Store syrup in an airtight container for up to 1 month in your fridge.

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients together. Filter using a fine strainer and pour into a pre-chilled glass.


Basilic Notre-Dame

Cirka Gin Sauvage - Basilic Notre Dame
  • 1 oz Gin Sauvage
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

Syrup:

Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and add 250 ml of white sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved and remove from heat.

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cucumber with the Gin Sauvage, then add other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Express the oils from the lemon peel over the cocktail, then garnish.

Sour Sauvage

Cirka Gin Sauvage - Sour Sauvage
  • 2 oz Gin Sauvage
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 5 fresh black berries
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 1 egg white

Preparation:

  1. Assemble all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice to your shaker and shake once again. Pour into a pre-chilled glass while using a fine filter. Enjoy!

Gin 375 Cocktails

Old Tom Collins

Cirka Gin375 - Old Tom Collins
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin 375
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients and shake with ice except the soda. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice, top with soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with lemon.

Crimson Clover

Cirka Gin375 - Crimson Clover
  • 2 oz Cirka Tom Gin375
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry & Green Alder Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Raspberry & Green Alder Syrup:

  1. Boil 500ml raspberries and 6g of green alder in 500ml of water.
  2. Add 500ml of sugar and bring to another boil.
  3. Filter through a strainer and let cool.

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredient together in a shaker without ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Filter in a glass previously filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with 3 raspberries.

Vodka Terroir Cocktails

Terroir Martini

Cirka Vodka - Martini Terroir
  • 2 oz Cirka Vodka Terroir
  • 1/2 oz white vermouth

Preperation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a glass filled with ice using a bar spoon. Filter with a strainer into a pre-chilled glass.

Yul Liv

Cirka Vodka - YUL LIV
  • 1 1/2 oz Cirka Vodka Terroir
  • 1 oz clementine, anise and clove syrup
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • Ginger beer

Syrup recipe:

  1. Combine 500g of sugar with 500ml of water in a pot over medium to low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved then add 4 clementines in half along with 4 star anise and 5 cloves. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes. With tongs remove clementines, while squeezing out the juice, then remove star anise and clove. Let cool and filter through a strainer.

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, excluding the ginger beer and shake. Filter and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Enjoy!

La Fraise

Cirka Vodka - La Fraise
  • 1/2 oz Vodka Terroir (or our Gin Sauvage)
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 3 strawberries

Preperation

  1. In a shaker, muddle the strawberries, then shake all the ingredients with the ice except the soda and basil. Strain into a chilled wine glass or highball with new ice. Top with soda or water and stir gently to combine.
